David Lis is a graduate of the Counter Narcotics and Terrorism Operational Medical Support CONTOMS program as well as the NIPAS and FBI SWAT schools. He currently serves as a Paramedic for the U.S. Marshals, Chicago Field Office. Mr. Lis has served as the Assistant Team Leader and Medic for a multi-jurisdictional SWAT Team in the suburbs of Chicago. He is an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Illinois Police Training Institute (Firearms). Mr. Lis is also a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
